Dubai City Tower
Visionary proposal for Jumeira Gardens masterplan. A vertical city, consisting of six independent building structures centered around an inner core, connected with skybridges that serve as "Town Centers". Three of the buildings rotate clockwise while the other three rotate counter-clockwise. The individual buildings intersect and are tied back to the central core every 100 stories creating a stable structural web. Internally each individual building is supported by corner super column and cross bracing angled to resist wind forces.
Topped by a 400 meter high, energy producing spire.
Proposed to connect to the ocean to allow ships to dock.

Dubai Opera House
An opera house / cultural center, currently under review, to be built in Dubai's Lagoons district. Will feature an arts gallery, a performing arts school and a luxury hotel.
The design resembles mountains and sand dunes. The surrounding landscape forms will build up to the main building.

Waterfront City
An urban district complex that is being built up from scratch in Dubai Waterfront area. Compares to the size and density of Manhatten. Masterplan centers on a an artificial, square-shaped island with a five-by-five grid of streets.
Prominent feature is the sphere-shaped building designed by Rem Koolhaas. It has a diameter of 180 meters and will house a convention center, residences, hotel rooms, retail, and other uses.

The tower will feature new eco-friendly technologies: Colder air from the upper levels will be pulled down to lower levels where temperature is higher. The tower is covered by ribbons of steel that will utilise the solar energy.
